Cancellation Policy

A minimum number of participants is required for group classes to take place; otherwise, they may be canceled. Please see our refund and cancellation policy below for more information.

COURS EL SCHOOL reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class, session, paid activity, or paid event to a later date in the event of force majeure. In these exceptional cases, we will notify you and refund (only in the event of cancellation) the full amount of your fees.

If cancellation is notified (by the student) in writing 21 days before the start of the course/session, COURS EL SCHOOL will refund the registration fee.

If cancellation is notified (by the student) in writing less than 21 days (between the 1st and 20th day inclusive) before the start of the course/session, COURS EL SCHOOL will not refund the registration fee.

If cancellation is notified in writing 21 days before the start of the course/session, COURS EL SCHOOL will refund the registration fee.

If cancellation is notified in writing less than 21 days (between the 1st and 20th days inclusive) before the start of the course/session, COURS EL SCHOOL will not refund the registration fee.

If activities, events, paid courses, etc., have been posted on the website less than 21 days before they begin, COURS EL SCHOOL will not refund the registration fees.

Please note: COURS EL SCHOOL will not reimburse students for registration fees for paid activities, events, workshops, etc.

N.B.: Since students come from different countries, the 21 days mentioned in the cancellation policy (for cancellations made by students) include Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. In other words, the 21 days mentioned in the cancellation policy are every day of the week (Monday to Sunday), as well as public holidays. Students can therefore cancel on any day of the week, as well as on public holidays.
